HUGE shoutout to Rachel and Nancy for helping my neighbor get out of her home, which was a dangerous environment and health risk. This was not your average listing. They customized the process to her needs while letting her call the shots at the same time. The house was a near tear down, and was red tagged by the city. They got her well above asking price with a quick escrow. They got her “must haves” packed up for her. Rachel bought her fresh clothes, took her to run errands , appointments and FaceTimed her only family which is out of state since she has no phone. Rachel is still doing things for her even after the sale. She’s bringing her dog to visit her in skilled nursing and dropping off supplies to her boarded cat, communicating with her family and fiduciary. Talk about above and beyond!
