Buying or selling a home is one of the most significant decisions you'll ever make. Whether you're purchasing your first home, moving up, downsizing, or helping a loved one transition to the next chapter, the process can feel overwhelming. That's why my approach has always been about more than real estate.
I believe it's about the journey.
My greatest joy comes from helping clients every step of the way—from the very first conversation through closing day and beyond. Real estate isn't simply about buying and selling houses; it's about listening to your goals, understanding your concerns, solving problems, and helping you move confidently into the next chapter of your life.
Having called Santa Barbara home for more than 30 years, I know firsthand what makes our community so special. I love helping clients find not only the right home but also the neighborhood and lifestyle that fit them best. Every family, every home, and every move has a story, and I feel honored to be part of that story.
I grew up in Santa Clarita Valley and moved to Santa Barbara to attend the University of California, Santa Barbara, where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Dance and later a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education.
During college, I met my husband, and together we've built a wonderful life here over the past 30 years while raising our three sons. Before they graduated, I spent countless hours volunteering in our schools—tutoring students, producing talent shows, publishing yearbooks, and chairing school auctions. Being involved in our community has always been important to me.
When I'm not helping clients, you'll likely find me at Grace Fisher's Clubhouse where I volunteer teaching dance.
Before entering real estate, I worked as an elementary school teacher and later spent more than 20 years in marketing and sales. I also helped grow my husband's manufacturing business, supporting the launch of an innovative product now used by first responders around the world. Those experiences taught me the importance of exceptional customer service, strong communication, attention to detail, and always putting people first.
Today, I bring those same values to every real estate transaction.
Whether you're buying, selling, downsizing, relocating, or helping a family member through a major life transition, my goal is simple: to make the process as smooth, successful, and stress-free as possible.
I am committed to being your advocate, your resource, your guide, and your trusted partner from beginning to end.
Helping people is what I love to do, and I would be honored to help you write one of the best chapters of your life.
